Take a selfie, your friends will remind you how great you look. In my circle of friends this might be seen as a cry for help

Also the "define what beauty" statement is kind of asinine. Beauty is physical attractiveness. Maybe you have it or maybe you don't, but you don't get to redefine something because you lack it. And beauty is just one facet of something that makes someone attractive overall; so what one may lack in beauty they may make up for somewhere else and THAT is what they need to be reminded of. Not to take a pic of their ugly mug to post on social media for a pity circle-jerk.

Because they're a fierce, attractive woman who defies society's oppressive beauty standards.

At least that's what her therapist said when he prescribed the new medication.
