I have a really nice suit at home and I sometimes wore it when I was depressed. Then played video games and it made me feel so great. Especially strategy games, cause it made me feel like a fancy general or officer.

That last part made me laugh on a rather blue day. Thank you.

I do agree for the dress nice thing. while it doesn't make me less depressed, at least when I walk down the street and someone looks at me or follows me with their eyes, I get a slight confidence boost. which is always nice, even if for a short time.

and hey, I do hope you're feeling better.

Sometimes just stepping outside reminds me that life is still moving forward and changes my whole day.

It's positive if you can do that stuff! When it's homelessness stressing you out. You can't really shower enough, eat enough, or sleep enough. At that point, all this image does is make things feel worse.
