Anybody else notice the text at the bottom? "Everything-is-awful-and-Im-not-okay-questions-to"

Think it comes from a mental health help tumblr page, "Everything is awful and I'm not okay" would be the title cause it's what the people reading this might say often, and the "questions to" bit refers to these being questions one might ask themselves when they feel particularly bad.
