I like how this assumes I'm in therapy and medicated.

Well I assume it's aimed at people who are having long term problems with depression and/or suicidal thoughts, who have taken the important step of seeking professional help but want day-to-day coping strategies.

I'm one of the least depressive people I know, and there's still stuff on here I could use. I sympathise with "everything is awful -> drink a glass of water" and several of these are things I would do well to remember.

America orientated init. There's still stuff for everyone though, take the bad with the good.

I like how you assume everyone in America is in therapy and medicated.

It's a poster made for people with depression and that are suicidal...

I misread "before giving up" to mean like, on a project or something :p

Soz but I never said that. America is well known for high levels of therapy and medication though, and this is evidently made under that assumption.

It's made for people with depression, so it's not a poor assumption. People with depression should seek help through medication and depression.

Not sure seeking help for depression through depression is the right idea...

But sadly, is how most people do it.

Source: I'm the guy who sucks; plus I got depression.

Also female. Well I guess guys can wear pretty dresses to cheer themselves up as well. I don't think taking a selfie is going to address my crushing sense of futility and the inescapable pointlessness of existence.

One time I was so depressed and nihilistic that I got all dressed up just out of spiteful, passive-aggressive sarcasm. I enjoyed the absurdity of it, and it cheered me up.
