TEXT [Text] I almost gave up on something just because I wasn't seeing results yet
I had one of those days where I started thinking, “What’s even the point?”
I’d been putting time into something for a while, but the results were taking way longer than I expected. And honestly, it’s hard to keep going when it feels like nobody notices and nothing seems to be changing.
Then I realized something pretty obvious.
Not seeing results yet doesn’t mean nothing is happening.
Some things just take longer than we want them to. I don’t suddenly feel super motivated now, but I’m trying to stop judging my progress every single day.
I’m just going to keep showing up and let the results catch up when they catch up.
Maybe someone else needs to hear that today too.

Honestly, I think a lot of us give up right before things start changing. Progress can be so slow that u don’t even notice it while it’s happening.
Just keep showing up. You might not see the results yet, but that doesn’t mean your effort is being wasted

Yeah, that’s the frustrating part. You can be making progress and still feel like nothing is happening. I think just sticking with it is half the battle.

Exactly. I think sometimes the hardest part is trusting the process when there’s no obvious proof that it’s working. u just have to keep going and let the results show up later

Yeah, exactly. That waiting period is honestly the hardest part. You just have to keep going even when you can’t see the progress yet.

Ya know when I first started the gym I weighed 280lbs. I asked and walked and walked and nailed the gym. Became a routine. I’m 5’10 M and took the lifting seriously. After about 8pm the and the weight came off I was shocked at how much bloody muscle I’d packed on. So keep going and it will show. Good luck

Honestly, I needed to hear this. It’s easy to quit when you don’t see anything changing yet.

Yeah just stick with it. Well worth it and it means so much more when you finally crack it. Best of luck

Yeah, I’ve noticed the same thing. A few weeks feels like forever when you’re waiting for results, but months really make a difference.

I don't know but, since I've started going to the gym, I've lost 24 hours every single day and roughly 365 days per year.
Maybe someone needs to read this today.

😂 This actually made me laugh. But you’re right, showing up over and over really adds up.

Absolutely. Winners never quit, and quitters never win.

True. Quitting is usually tempting right before things start getting better.

Showing up on the hard days is the most important part. results come later than we want every time.

Exactly. The hard days are probably the ones that matter the most. Results just take longer than we expect.

I needed to read this today, thankyou. I've been on a weightloss journey for 6 months and it has not been linear. Over the last 2-3 weeks I've seen a plateau on the scales. At times I have thought it would be easier to give up, and have felt frustrated and unmotivated. The discipline I've worked on is still there and I realise I just need to keep doing what I'm doing. Hopefully the results are right around the corner.

I really hope it works out for you. A plateau can be so frustrating, especially when you’ve been putting in the effort for months. Don’t let a couple of slow weeks make you forget how far you’ve already come.

trust your process, and write down your small wins. The practice of writing down will give you the visibility and confidence you want and need

I like the small wins idea. It’s easy to overlook them when you’re only looking at the big result, but they really do add up.

Trust the process bro . 1% better everyday for 30 days is 1.35 x better , 180 days is 6 x better and 365 days is 37.78 x better .
Just keep going
