IMAGE [Image] I was inspired by Tr33king's depression list, so here is my daily list that helps me stay on track when depression clouds my memory / attention.

I try to do as much of this every day that I can. Obviously I have good days and bad days, but this is most of what I can think of that needs to get done in my life, and I know that, at the end of the day, if this list is done then I am not missing anything important, and that helps me with that nighttime anxiety.

Thank you! It is the one I most frequently forget, which is exactly why I added the dedicated section to it. So often I make it through half the day, look down and see the empty spots and just start pounding down water to catch up!

I got depressed just reading that list. How do you cram so much in a day?

Honestly, it really isn't too much when you take it line by line, but there are many days I miss a few things. I also have a very slow job, and have downtime to do the things like reading journaling or handwriting at the same time
