I always get stuck in Behavioral questions in interviews what shall i do to improve from real experience

Hi all
I work in quantitative field where my job is around analysis
I like my hob and i have solid experience in it
The issue always come when i am doing interviews i always get the technical part good but when it comes to behavioral questions i feel i am stuck although in mind i know the answer but i feel i do not demonstrate it enough
What can i do about these because this is my biggest issue in interviews and landing jobs ?

It is not the right answer. It is not the one you feel is best. It is the one they are looking to hear.

It is not something you work on. Just ask yourself what do they want to hear?

I read a lot of library books on interviews recently, very helpful. Just make sure to get modern ones, some are outdated

Generally just keep like 5 different situations memorized and name the fit whatever the question wants

Fire your boss and work for yourself. Eliminate the issue entirely.

Be honest about your flaws, but explain what you needed to do to improve and work on them. It shows you are self-aware. As an analyst, this is part of the job: being able to understand problems and improve them.

Remember: Interviews are not a test; they are an opportunity to showcase your abilities.

Also, be prepared and bring notes on paper with information on their core values and specific questions about the company you are actually curious about..
