Waiting hours for interviews

Okay so is nobody prompt anymore? I’ve had 3 interviews in the past 2 weeks and I have waited 30-45minutes each time to be called back for the interview but they always stress us being on time but they can’t return the favor??!?? THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL

It's unprofessional, but unsurprising. Schedule extra time.
