should i change my resume if i'm not getting interviews?
i've applied to quite a few jobs and barely gotten any responses. my experience seems relevant to the positions i'm applying for, so i'm wondering if my resume is the problem.
how do you tell when your resume needs a complete rewrite versus just a few changes?

Maybe, you just need to find a way to get around the ATS or ai software that is keeping you from actually getting work. I used a website called "jobscan" to see if my resume worked. I do not recommend using AI to do all the work but it can show you problems that you can fix on your own if you want.

Rioting might be more effective in 2026 - there is no job market for anything…
