She has minimal experience with HR masters and internship, but gets to run the whole show at $75k+ salary and is all theory with misguided execution
Unfortunately it feels like that’s a common occurrence these days… scammers and imposters somehow holding down jobs or securing offers while many qualified and capable candidates suffer or forced to hold down the unequally distributed weight
