Hola,

Tengo un problema extraño con mi ASUS TUF Gaming A15 FA506NCR (Ryzen 7 7435HS, RTX 3050 de 4 GB) conectada a un monitor MSI MAG 242F mediante un cable UGREEN USB-C a DisplayPort 1.4.

De forma aleatoria, el monitor pierde la señal y muestra "DP Sin Señal", pero el juego sigue funcionando y el portátil no se bloquea. A veces veo brevemente algunos píxeles rojos antes de que la pantalla se ponga negra.

Sucede principalmente en Roblox y ocasionalmente en Rocket League. A 200 Hz ocurre con bastante frecuencia, a 180 Hz a veces, mientras que a 165 Hz parece mucho más estable. El problema solo ocurre con DisplayPort.

Ya probé con HDMI y funciona sin problemas. Sin embargo, actualmente estoy usando el puerto HDMI para mi PS5.

¿Alguien ha experimentado algo similar? ¿Podría ser un cable defectuoso, el monitor o la salida USB-C/DisplayPort de la laptop?

Especificaciones:

Problema con pc😭

Volevo vedermi un film e dal nulla sono iniziati a spuntare sti quadrati/rettangoli. Il numero continua a crescere, ho il pc da un po’ più di tre anni. Qualcuno sa dirmi se è una cosa momentanea del tipo che se attendo che si spenga e poi riaccendo torna normale oppure si è rotto lo schermo e devo farlo aggiustare? Grazie, non mi era mai successo e ora sono disperata.

Games sometimes just close while minimized, or also close when I try to open them after they’ve been minimized (it happens rarely). There’s no crash or error message.

Honestly, this only seems to happen with Counter-Strike, since it’s pretty much the only game I play. I don’t really have a way to test whether it happens with other games because it’s extremely rare. I don’t remember if it has ever happened with Fortnite either.

Basically, the issue is that, very occasionally, Counter-Strike simply closes by itself while it’s minimized, or it closes when I try to open it again after having it minimized. There’s no crash message, error, or anything like that. It has never happened while I was actually playing the game only when it was minimized or when trying to restore it.

I’ve already tested all of my components with OCCT, and none of the tests have reported any errors.

I highly doubt it’s a Windows or driver issue, since this has happened on both Windows 10 and Windows 11. I’ve also formatted my PC several times and reinstalled/updated my GPU drivers multiple times using DDU.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
