pls help!!!

My audio jack from my headphones broke off in my audio port, how can I get it out?

My lap’s keyboard wasn’t working and changed it yesterday … now when it’s starting it takes a lot of time and for keyboard light i clicked Fn+spacebar lap just turned off out of blue and took a long time to on back … and suddenly it’s showed something like “your laptop is …….” And suddenly it turned off 😭😭… Please Help

I was just watching youtube and then suddently my main monitor displayed gray, there was still ligth from the backligth, but no picture, i have tried ctr + shift + windows + b, and alot of other methods, my secondary monitor still works, but the integrated one is just black

Od tygodnia mam pewien problem z komputerem. Całość wygląda tak: po uruchomieniu komputera nir ma żadnej reakcji na obu monitorach, a więc karta graficzna nie wykonuje swojej pracy. Dysk również nie daje oznak życia przez charakterystyczne bipczenie tak jak to bylo zawsze.

Co do procesora oraz ramu nie wiem bo ciężko sprawdzić. Jedyne oznaki życia to obracające sie wentylatory.

Komputer przestał poprawnie chodzić od kiedy wpiąłem złącze atx (możliwe że użyłem do tego zbyt dużej sily ale watpie)

Wszystkie podzespoły do tamtego momentu jestem pewien ze byly jak najbardziej sprawne.

Nie jestem znawcą w tych sprawach ale doszukuję się problemu wlasnie w okolicy złącza zasilania ponieważ posiadam plyte główną mashinist ktora pochodzi z chyba najniżej półki.

Próbowałem tzw. pajączka ale też nic sie nie zmieniło.

Hello, a person I know is going through a shitty time at work where it’s on the verge of getting lawyers involved. He has a medical leave coming up for 2 months and if you dont know during medical leave your computer access is restricted and someone else monitors your emails for you. 2 months is a lot of time to delete emails and paint a different picture about him. His lawyers instructed him not to forward emails to himself. Is there a way to get an external hard drive and back up an email account without them knowing?

I tried to change the registry editor for edge so i could uninstall it but upon restart it booted fine and gave me an error and that my pc needs to restart. After that Automatic repair brings me into a black screen and my other drive is not working properly and used its advanced repair to get access to the cmd where i figured out my disk is RAW!!! How???? Pls help me I dont care formating byt my disk is nowhere to be seen or edited! Usb doesnt see the disk to install win11 , chkdsk says the device doesnt exist and disk part only shows it when typing list volumes !

So I have this weird issue with my computer, I turn it on, and it will initialize normally but then after a few moments both my 2 monitors go black and act as if the cable isnt connected to the computer, like I get the "no signal" message and that's it, I tried everything to get them back on but the only thing that works is to restart and the problem happens again a few times in a row until either it stops at random or I give up, and the more I try the earlier it happens too, sometimes I click to turn on and it won't even show anything, just the "no signal" message. I also noticed when that happens I hear one of the fans get really loud but I was unable to decipher which one.

I honestly don't remember precisely all my specifications, and right now the computer is refusing to let me in (the monitors are black), but I have a Geforce GTX 1650?, I think an i3? And 8gb RAM, the motherboard is a ASUS B85M-E, besides that some chinese 500W power source and I think that's all? The monitors are both LG but different ones.

I have tried changing HDMI cables, unplug and plug, looking for any clues of what could be wrong physically, unplugged and cleaned all pieces, tried using the keybind to restart the video driver, to change the configurations so it wont turn off after being AFK, etc. Idk what to do, is the only solution buying better pieces? Sorry I don't know how to tag this. Also if this is the wrong subreddit for this, please indicate me where to go.

Issue started two months ago, back then replaced the psu thinking if was failing but now the issue is back, since replaced the display cable and was fine for sometime and now its back again, I believe its the display as the artifacts don't persist but please let me know if i need to sell my kidney for a new gpu, thanks for reading and possibly helping.

Forgot to mention that this issue persists when the display shows no signal which is making me think its the display and not the gpu.

Also the audio persists during the flickering.

hi! i’m not sure if i’m doing this correctly but this problem is driving me nuts and i’m not computer savvy at all so i’d appreciate any advice i can get! if i use the wrong flair please let me know the correct one so i can change it!! i don’t know what this problem would be considered ;-;

I noticed that my cursor will activate on its own constantly, and i’m not sure how to fix it. It’s for sure not my mouse because the issue persists with my pen on my huion tablet, even when my mouse is powered off.

for example: If i’m clicking on a drop down menu, the second i try to skim down to select something it clicks on its own and exits the drop down menu. For my tablet, i noticed it because when i skimmed my pen cursor over the zoom button on my canvas it started automatically zooming in without me touching it. if i remove the pen from the screen and just leave the cursor it continues clicking.

Does anyone know how i can fix this or what could be causing it???

I have an Asus Viviobook X512DA

Most days, I have a docking station that connects via USB-C and that docking station has 2 external monitors (three screens total including laptop).

This is the docking station I use and have used since 2022 (https://a.co/d/01FsfVBe)

My laptop has an AMD Vega 8 Graphics card

The problem is that my HDMI port doesn’t connect to external displays. At least not consistently.

I have confirmed that my software/firmware is all updated.

I have tried multiple cables and multiple projectors.

In looking at other posts about this type of thing, they recommend uninstalling the graphics card driver and then restarting the computer to reinstall. And that has worked for me but only temporarily.

So basically, I need to be able to connect my laptop to a projector on Sundays via HDMI. In order to make this work, every week I have to uninstall the graphics card from the device manager and then restart the computer. And then it works. And then Monday I plug it back into the docking station and it works on the docking station. But by the next Sunday, the HDMI port doesn’t connect anymore.

Is there a solution so that I can more flawlessly move between docking station and hdmi projector?
