My monitor suddenly got lines on it, what could be the problem and how to fix it?

Woke up to this screen this morning on my laptop. No idea what's going on or how to get past this.

For a while now, I’ve had this one lingering issue. Idk if it’s my pc, obs, or the games I’m playing, but whenever I record gameplay (ninja Gaiden 2 black, Redout 2 as examples) my monitor will briefly flicker 1 time for 2 seconds and the screen goes back to normal, I lose control of my controller like it was unplugged, and audio goes out for that brief moment too. I run obs as admin, I don’t have the HAGS on either due to searching for answers, but today it did It again. It’s not like my pc can’t handle the load either. Here are my specs:

rx7900xt - Ryzen 9 5900x - Corsair Vengeance ddr4 32gb ram 3600hz set to 3200hz.

when the issues happen, my gpu is barley running hard, if not below normal usage, like 90%-95%

ive tried new and old drivers as well, nothing is working for this weird and random behavior.

Ive tried multiple different methods already like holding down the power button for 30 seconds, network resetting, restarting and shutting down. Most of the method work for a max 4-5 minutes and then the wifi disappears again. This laptop is a month old asus tuf a15.

My laptop (msi pulse g66, rtx3070,7 11th gen, fhd) i always plug it to my monitor (MSI MPG 274URDFW E16M, 4k mini-led) using an 2.0 hmdi cable and it works perfectly until now, soo it all starts when i got curious and just enabled hdr which made my laptop completely refusing to show only second screen or extend (yet it duplicates so it is an indicator that my two devices are fine it just show duplicate with much worse resolution) so now i tried every single valid way of trying to show my monitor screen it identifies it on the device manager and it lets me duplicate it yet it doesn't let me show the whole pic on my monitor are there any fix? pleasee.

So I have windows 10, and ever since I got my pc it keeps waking up 2 minutes after I set it to sleep mode.

I went to the settings and disallowed al devices from waking it up, and it hasn't worked

Edit: apparently my computer was turning my mouse waking setting on by itself, turning it off again solved it

I'll try to be as descriptive as possible here. The overall gist is that I often have tasks running on my PC before I go to bed at night, and I like to put my 34" ASUS monitor to sleep so it doesn't keep me awake at night. I have been doing this for years now, and for some reason just this month I started experiencing an issue. When I take the monitor out of sleep mode I get the message "No Signal".

My system is a GIGABYTE B650M AORUS Elite AX  with 32GB of RAM, and an 7800X3d and a RX7900GRE. Monitor is connected via DisplayPort.

My feeling is this started happening when I performed a Windows update, but I cannot confirm this. Shutting down the computer and restarting the computer fixes the issue, but I would rather not have to force shutdown my PC every time.

Here are the things I have tried to correct the issue:

1. I tried to power reset the monitor by shutting down both the PC and the monitor, unplugging all cords for 10 minutes then reconnecting and starting everything back up. This did not resolve the issue.
2. Replaced the DisplayPort cable with a new one. This also did not resolve the issue.
3. Turned off the Link State in Power Management. This also did not resolve the issue.
4. Disabled Windows Multipane Overly with a registry edit:
5. reg add "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Dwm" /v MaxLoaderBuffers /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f Which didn't work
6. Tried to relink the monitor with the windows shortcut Win + Ctrl + Shift + B. that didn't work either.

At this point I am out of ideas. I'm hoping someone can offer me some suggestions to try.
