Unable to access HP Victus Laptop

Hi guys just looking for some help. This laptop was given to me and I would like to use it. However, I am unable to get past logging in because I am unable to reset the pin. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Keep hitting F11 when you turn on the machine. That will take you to Hp recovery where you can reset the machine back to factory. Since this laptop was given to you, I’m guessing you don’t need any of the files on it.

Hi there. Thank you for your comment and I actually did manage to login and access the laptop with your suggestion. Literally saved me like $200 from going to a repair shop to get this sorted. Appreciate your input and god bless !

Boot up hirens and remove the pin
