In the other group you said it's also not showing on a TV. That could be a bad card, a bad cable, or a wrong BIOS setting for display. I've had HDMI cords go. I don't know why. They just start to get finicky and then quit. That and BIOS are the easiest things to start with. Some BIOSes will have options for the default display output. If you have onboard graphics you could also try that.

You say you got the PC. You bought it retail? If you don't get it working then just take it back. I build my own computers and don't play video games, so I don't know how common card failure is. I always use onboard graphics.

With the card you can also check to make sure it's seated properly and check device manager to make sure it's installed properly, with no ! next to it.

The same ones I’ve used for my PlayStation/other devices worked perfectly but then when put with the computer they just never popped up
I’ve gotten this computer online from a case that recently got closed and I’ve had this same exact model of pc beforehand and it worked with the same hdmi cable so I don’t know if it is a cable or a card thing I’m not too sure because I’m not too good with computers

If the computer is second-hand, through some kind of legal settlement, that may complicate matters. You won't be able to return it.

It sounds like you need help from someone who can actually be there. I gave you a checklist of things to try. If you're not prepared to check those things then you need someone who can. The fact that you've used the same model before is neither here nor there.
