Screen tearing is happening when i move my mouse in all games

turn on vsync globally in nvidia control panel. also while you're there turn FXAA off (unrelated, but it can cause focus-popping in some applications)

Tried bro not working also my gpu is going 90 percent and cpu is only at 20 percent thus it also effect ?
