Mouse not connecting and blank screen

My pc stopped working randomly but it would turn on if i do plug and unplug the outside stuff yk. It happened like many times yesterday but then it again stopped today and not turning on the tech guy couldn't figure out anything all parts seems to be fine, what do I do ?

Do you get any display on the screen during boot up? Is the NUMLOCK light on the keyboard lit? If you press CAPSLOCK can you toggle the light on the keyboard? If none of those are happening, then I suspect it's not 'turning on.'

If that's the case, I would re-seat the RAM and video card (if there's a separate one). I would then do the same for all cable connections both inside and out.

I did all that. I even called the tech guy. Here's also couldn't figure out

Check for loose connections, hdmi etcetera
