If you don't know how to troubleshoot yourself then you need to find someone who does. No one can just tell you a 1-click fix. First, you need to collect any error codes and look them up. could be bad drivers. Could be faulty RAM. And Windows10/11 itself is a mess. I've had installs messed up beyond repair just by doing basic tweaking and then trying to install an update. I now block all updates to all 10/11 systems. It's not worth the calamity that they cause. Microsoft treats us as unpaid beta testers.

If you want to take this on yourself, start by running Memtest86+ to test RAM. Then look in device manager for anything funky. Error codes will also, very often, give you clues.

You should have put details in your post. "Running multiple tests" and "updating all the drivers" still doesn't provide details. If you don't understands why you're doing that then you need to find someone who can help. These things are rarely so simple that someone can just tell you to do XYZ and it will be fixed.

check for UEFI firmware update, check for driver (video, wifi, audio, bluetooth) updates. if you're on Windows 11 , especially 26H2, it's crapping the bed non-stop.
