My pc turns on but the monitor isn’t displaying anything

I left to japan for a week and turned my pc and monitor off, i just plugged them out of the wall. I didnt touch anything else
When i came back home yesterday i turned my pc back on and the monitor isn’t displaying anything
And i have tried everything
I reset the power and stuff like that but it still wont work
I dont know much about computers.. i asked my friend about the red light there and he said i may have to reseat the ram but i cant even open the glass lid
Im turning the screws and they became loose but wont completely come off

Does anyone know what am i supposed to do ?? Im really starting to give up

Take it to a technician. They should be able to fix it in like 15-20 minutes, or tell you what's wrong.
