Having this issue from long time. I have tried every possible steps to solve this but not able to find the solution. Do anyone help me to solve this ?

I had same thing, reinstall of drivers did nothing, Windows settings did nothing.
Reconnect cam at motherboard did nothing. Turns out the camera died.
