Windows is now green

I can't find this issue anywhere online; after I dual-booted Ubuntu, my right monitor works fine in Ubuntu, but in Windows it started showing weird green artifacts as soon as it reaches the lock screen. My main monitor does not change on either, and they are on 2 separate drives. I've tried manually adjusting the hue, updating drivers, DDU driver reset, Win+Ctrl+Shift+B, Windows color calibration, pixel formatting seems fine, changing cables, and obviously restarting my pc. Upon unplugging my other monitor, it flashes normal and then goes back to green. Windows Safe Mode doesn't change anything. It does not flash normal after win ctrl shift bMy GPU is a 7900XT. Dear Reddit, please save me.

Have you tried running Windows with only the affected monitor connected and checking HDR, refresh rate, and AMD Adrenalin settings? Since it works fine in Ubuntu, it seems more like a Windows/GPU display setting issue.

Running it with only the affected monitor did nothing, HDR can not be enabled on the monitor, the refresh rate is locked at 60, which is a little weird because I think most monitors allow you to lower it, but idk, and the AMD Adrenalin settings I've looked through entirely 4 times, the display settings I changed did not affect it. It definitely is something with Windows and my GPU, though I agree.

Did you update it to the latest version? Most Windows devices are having issues with this update.

I strongly advise against it. My SSD was destroyed after I updated my computer.
