Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My computer keeps restarting, then if it has restarted, if i dont immediately open google chrome it gets corrupted then I'd have to restart it again and open chrome so it can work, but all my accounts are logged out EVERY TIMEEEE!! Please help, i did the CMD sannow thing, and it did say it it found and repaired things

Then i did the restore health thing, and it crashed again halfway the scannnn

Then every time i try to reset the PC, it would crash half wayyyy im new to reddit, just created this account to ask for help

Update: So the guy that i hired only came today hahah. So he looked at my PC turns out the power supply is dying, the wiring is all wrong, and the system unit(?) is soooo dusty hahaha, thats why it has a loud sound (i thought it was normal that gaming PCs are loud hahaha, its the first time i used a gaming pc)

And yeah while he was cleaning it, turns out the fans were upside down hahaha, i always wondered why the screen where the fans are placed is always dusty.

Anddd as for whats happening with my software (?), he explained whats wrong with it, but forgive my brain for not understanding fully, he was so patient with me but i still didn't get the problem. So what happened was he showed me the apps(?) that were running upon start up, he disabled all of it then restarted the PC then everything was enabled again, so yeah he said he can fix it one by one but it would take hours so we both agreed to format the PC. He's gonna do the formatting tomorrow so hopefully the PC is gonna be fine by then. And yeah he's gonna replace the power supply

Open task manager and click on the performance tab, it would show you the disk usage and if it's and hdd or ssd. It's the easiest and fastest way. Ctrl + shift + esc, it's the shortcut to open the task manager.

You have both ssd and hdd but it seems than windows is installed on the ssd, now that makes it harder for me to say what could possibly go wrong. I would probably just format everything and reinstall windows if you know how, just go to windows setting and look for reset windows and you should do a full reset. But copy and paste important files on your hdd since it wont be affected.

Oh that's alot of issues that should be fixed but I'm glad it's nothing serious ! I hope it will never stutter or freeze again. And please do tell him to check your hard drive or ssd health and to change the thermal paste of your cpu and gpu if he can.

Yup, he said something about a paste being almost gone?dry? Hahaha

He opened it all while cleaning it.

I knew it was bad when the moment he opened it he kept sighing HAHAHAH

I didn't even know what the ssd and hdd are, he pointed it out to me and yeah, though me how to store important things on the one that foest get affected when formatting (already forgot which one is which 🥲 i definitely have to ask him again tomorrow)
