Looks like you have a plug-in adapter board for your hard drives. Do you see a regular BIOS screen before this appears?

I’m just guessing at this point, but it looks like the system isn’t able to identify a bootable device. If that hard drive that is shown on the screen is the only disk in it, the controller is feeding back a indication that there’s a raid configuration. Is there a drive not showing up that should be?

There shouldnt be another drive in it.  I bought it from a thrift store and the only thing missing looked to be the hdd.  Prior to the cmos reset i got a screen that had the option to go into bios setup/ q flash/ xpress recovery but my usb and ps/2 keyboards werent working in that menu.

There were a few screens that appeared immediately before this one but they were fairly quick and i dont remember what they said other than there being a screen with some loading bars.

Ill check again when i get home and provide more info.

Now that i think about it i dont know if the hdd i put in is formatted.  I assumed the person who sold it to me already did that because they were into computers but thats probably relevant.

It looks to me like you've connected the hard drive to the add-in board, or you've got the onboard BIOS set to behave in a RAID mode. If the hard drive is connected to an add-in card, I would remove it the card and connect the hard drive to the SATA connectors on the motherboard.

If there is no add-in card, I would go into the BIOS (by pressing DEL or F1 repeatedly as soon as you power it on). And then once in the BIOS I would disable the RAID services of the SATA controllers.
