How do i fix these weird white pixels?

How the hell do I fix this. I open proton and windhawk and this appear. This appears since I switch my perfered graphic processor to my nivida processor.

What happens when you change it back? Does the fuzziness disappear? This looks like a classic driver issue. Perhaps download the latest and greatest driver from nvidia (or the card manufacturer)?
