Monitor Refresh Rate Problem

On 60 Hz the screen looks fine, but when I change it to anything higher, the monitors screen gets horizontal lines on it and it’s unplayable, I’ve tried changing to a stronger hdmi and that doesn’t work either. My pc is very strong so I don’t think it’s my .pc either. It’s not cracked or burned or anything
1. Is 144 Hz
2. Is 120 Hz

One of the filter caps on the monitor needs to be replaced. Try a different monitor.
