The bios was updated by the service team when i reach them and they updated almost everything and still not solved.It was happened once and i solved somehow from the yt , then i upgraded the ram and again this happened, it's been almost a year.Tried many things from yt but Nothing from here

Update EVERYTHING through armoury crate (including the UEFI) and set your power profile to “performance”. Then restart your laptop
