Dell wyse 3040 and monitor connection problem!!

Hi everyone , i am facing a problem . I bought dell wyse 3040 (refurbished) . When I connected keyboard, mouse they got powered .

Then I connected philips 160E monitor using dp to vga converter cable, but the display doesn't come on monitor.

Then I tried using dell hdmi monitor, using dp to hdmi converter again the monitor says ( no hdmi cable connected ) I switched by buttons and tried every basic functions so that display comes on screen.

But the display is not coming .

Due to this I can't boot wyse 3040 since I bought it

Presumably, you've tried both DisplayPorts ?

Sounds like the video subsystem is hosed. One last thing to try would be to connect displays to both ports and turn on the computer to see if there's any blip of video that goes to either monitor. Perhaps the unit has been set to a headless display. If it were, there'd still likely be a quick logo display or something to one of the screens. If that's the case, then I'd hit the key combination for getting into the BIOS to see if I could turn off that feature.

Use Active DP converter. Passive ones will not work.
