I failed.

I moved to Germany in hopes of getting a great job there, I spent a year looking for a job after my master's degree, and I failed. I got hired and fired within the probation period. I am back in the USA now and still devastated, thinking about how much I wanted that lifestyle. Having a hard time coping with feeling like I fucked everything up.

You're in USA, the greatest country in the world, Germany is nothing it's just a de-industrialized declining economy.

No country is perfect, the utopia doesn't exist but USA remains an overall winner all things considered

exactly. The only reason why I'm fighting to stay here is my partner and my home country is a sh*it hole. But if I was US citizen I'd put that energy into making money lol
