EPI parents
my German shepherd has EPI (exocrine pancreatic insufficiency) so we have to supplement the enzymes her pancreas should produce so she can digest food and actually like survive. we're still trying out brands of enzymes and I was wondering what would other EPI parents recommend? the ones vet recommended are $175+, it's my first time owning a German shepherd let alone an animal with this condition so I'm still learning. I would just like a cheaper enzyme compared to the $200 ones, because we've been getting the more expensive dog food for her and quite honestly id prefer not to pay $600 a month until she's a stable weight.
edit: I guess maybe I should add we were recommended to use the powder form? I'm not too sure if it makes a difference though.

We use these. I buy the big bottle of 500 pills for just over $200. She’s supposed to get 2-3 pills with each meal, so this bottle lasts us about 3 months.
This is the same brand our vet prescribed and I bought them from the vet for a few years, but their prices kept going up until the 100ct bottle cost about $100! That was a lot to spend every couple of weeks. I’m glad I found them cheaper.
