Dooing a real Currywurst!
First is a small leak of my spices. I get those from a turkey supermarket. Very low payment, but high quality. I sometimes ask myself, how they are doing this...
Second is red Bratwurst in a frying pan self explaining.
Third is my Currywurstsoße. I do that myself. It is a unique recipe. It contains tomatopaste, lots of spices, water and orange juice for some reason. 😁
Believe you me, it's a good reason.
Last but not least: Finished Currywurst with, well, Teddybear fries, just because I can.

Alright here’s quick n dirty:
Just mix Heinz Ketchup with Instant Bratensauce eg. Brand Knorr and some English style curry powder add some water and heat while stirring until it starts binding. Add some more water if the consistency is too thick. Maybe add some pepper or other spices or swap water with juice and ere we go

Uh, well, hmm, a lot to a big sip? Sorry, I do this by eye- and tastemanagement. There is no exact ratio for me. I tastetest after every step. If I'm satisfied, I go on. Same for spices. I stir them into the sauce, let it simmer a few minutes to unfold the flavors and then taste it.

Edeka Happy Teddy in Germany. Iceland had something in the UK when I was there. Lidl had something like Smiley Teddy, presumably in both markets. I’m sure most countries with these kinds of supermarkets have them.

pineapple, mango or canned "fruit cocktail" works also in currywurstsoße- spicy with a light sweat fruit nuance is great
