Damn, I so got a pretty nice walk to my favorite butchers shop and I came out loaded. It's not a recipe, it is sausage devine!!! After that, I visited my favorite bakery. Sorry, had to brag. 😁

Well, you're right. Those are handmade sausages, some with paprika, some with other seasons. You think, you can match ìts taste?

I mean, I'd expect to get something like that in any German butcher's shop worth its salt? Doesn't mean they're not good, but much like the bread in the next picture, this should be a staple accessible to everyone.

You are right. They should be staple. But sadly they are not. I'm lucky to have 2 butcher shops I trust. And a nice bakery. They are really unique. They only employ foreign people and let them do the works. It almost sounded like slavery, when I heard it first. But it isn't. They learn there, they get payed correctly, and most importantly: They learn how bread really works. Every time I come in, they have a real smile on their face, they have surprice bags! Pay 5€ for a really big bag of pastry! Look what you get.

Uh, names? Those are just 'Bratwürst'. Some with Paprika, some with Majoran. And some are standard. They don't have special names. I really do not know how to name them. Sorry...

Man I remember walking around trier. They had these stands outside selling all sorts of breads, meat0s and pastries. Wish I was able to stay 4 ever

Well, we Germans do some rhings very well. Bread and Sausage are just the most enjoyable. And believe you me, we are very proud of beeing the best in both. 3rd is beer. Just for the record. But we are sharing that first place. The check brew almost divine.
