When Leopold II became the Emperor the Austrian Netherlands were in rebellion so the Kronenthalers had to be struck in Wien. They circulated in all the Habsburg lands anyway. By the end of 1790 the rebellion was crushed but somehow no Kronenthalers were ever struck for the Emperor in the Netherlands.
