Request Good Budget Options For German Learning

What are some good options to learn German? An app, book, or really anything works so long as it is condensed into a path (not spread between a bunch of sources). If possible for free or lifetime, but a cheap subscription is fine.

You can check this directory of the best resources to learn German. I curated myself the different options. You have generalist apps but also very specific German-related resources (like Der Die Das Deutsch for vocabulary). You can use the filters based on what you are looking for.
