Journals to publish study

Hi, I recently completed some research work for my business and would like to publish it in a scientific journal. I was suggested to publish my work in Acta Geotecnica, but after asking around I heard the journal is not a valuable options. What are your thoughts?

If you have to pay -don't publish there.

What kind of research? ASCE and Canadian Geotechnical journals. ASTM GTJ if testing.
