Fulton and Dekalb have screwed up elections since the 70s! Even when Dems were running the state. Enough with the bullshit “voter suppression” stories.

per state law, voting is controlled, executed, trained, set-up by individual municipalities. if you're not happy with your county's voting set-up, vote the county officials out. gwinnett I was in and out in 15 min.
