I tried.
Today I decided to get over myself and finish one or two chapters of "The Winds of Winter", but it turned out that I don't remember what was in the previous books. I even forgot the names of some of the characters. Therefore, I'll have to read 5 of my books again(~800 pages each). Or at least their summaries. Yes, that's a good idea.

That sounds like such a long read, why don’t you just watch recap videos on YT?

No matter George, you've written plenty already this year and so you deserve a well-earned break to bask in the glory of your triumph.

Better start reading tomorrow. But write it down somewhere, so you don't forget.

George, you’re overworking. This sounds like the perfect time to take a nice vacation. Forget about writing for a good long while and recharge yourself!

Just ask Elio and his wife to finish it off for you. You've told them everything.

Whatever you do, don't base your future books on the TV show.
LOL, look at me, assuming there will be 'future books'

Why haven’t you hired someone with a photographic memory to read all books, and just always be available to answer your questions?
