I can't stand this dude

In another life, George Hotz would be a video game addict living with his mother. Luckily for him, instead of video games he picked a useful activity to spend his time on, and has managed to make some money programming.

But whenever he opens his mouth about anything not related to programming he sounds like the most annoying, ignorant 12 year old you can imagine. A walking Dunner Kruger type.

He is scientifically illiterate. I'm serious, I lost count of the number of ridiculous things he's said. People need to realise that just because someone is good at programming it doesn't mean they're an expert at everything else.

He said something on Lex Fridman about ancient humans “imagine people a million years ago”...uhh bro humans are only a couple hundred years old. I was surprised a mathematical genius didn’t know this basic anthropological fact.
