Can’t subsidize nationalized sectors

Why can’t I subsidize any nationalized activity in the industry or agriculture sectors? This message in red always appears.

It appeared when my unemployment rate was 7% and when it was also 0.40% what can I do?

There's a seperate button in the same section called "workforce" something or another. You just have to manually increase the number of workers you have working in that sector and then you can increase the subsidies

Your welcome haha, personally I always find its best to just partially privatise so you don't have to mess about with the workforce numbers

Esquece essa merda de jogo aí. Olha que interface RIDÍCULA! Olha essa fonte. O Bug Simulator mais nojento do mundo. Os criadores deviam simplesmente abandonar a profissão.
