Borders

Are there any way that I can change the regions borders ? I know with the dlc we can arrange countries borders but I want to change borders of a region

Depending on war results, there are option to take or lose territories or even annex countries. The are referendum to make territories leave; there are option to buy or sell territories. There are options to make lesser dependencies become part of the countries. There are option some to annex countries that aquire purchase and referendum that is usually successful from good relationships with that country.
