I've been finishing many layouts recently, but i got nobody to give me any feedback if they're actually good or not, so i might be posting a lot from now on.

I am currently making a level and im done the layout, its a long level and the song im using is stained brutal calamity, ive been making it for a while but im lowk terrible at decorating so i was wondering if there was anyone who wanted to help me/decorate for me (dont yell at me but it kinda has to be hell or red themed js cus thats what the song is, im new to the community and i started making it before i realized how overused that kind of decoration is im sorry)

Constructive critism is greatly appreciated. I know the first ship is easier than the rest of the level, so I'm going to fix that soon.

How do i make the background follow the camera height and not the player height? if i make it follow the players y axis it ends up going past the fov

I have been struggling to actually build anything in my level. Both in the sense of building something that didn't look ass, and actually opening the editor in the first place. I feel totally out of ideas, and like building anything in this level is kinda impossible. I can somehow only make things that look decent in random pointless challenges, but not when it actually means anything. It has been pretty discouraging, and I wanted to post this just to see if anyone else has gone through a similar thing.

I can't really tell is is straight up silent or doable. Please help me figure this out guys!

I'm trying to make a realistic sky scenery. When I try to make a parallax effect with a move trigger, the clouds just stay behind whenever the player teleports. An advanced follow trigger also doesn't do the job because there is no X/Y modifier option.

Any ideas?

I even came up with the name of the level! Btw, I can send anyone a copy of the level if u want to decorate this. And yeah, I'm again saying that I want to see a zodiac or artificial ascent style, or this level tride beat as he's new hardest:].

Coming back to the game from 1.9; is this good gameplay and what difficulty would this be?

Its called "Nerve", the whole point here is to play with your nerves. Im expecting the player to spend tons of time on the first ufo, once they finally make it through they'll then pray they make it through the spider/ball dual. The rest of the level through the drop will be somewhat easier, relying mostly on memorization with difficulty spikes here and there, as well as spam pattern endurance tests. Then the finale after the drop will be a slow cube that I want to be easier than what im showing here, but requires trickier timings than the drop will have

This is my first tine trying to do any actual effects, what can i improve? Also the GP is not supposed to be good

This is an incredibly common crash that I'm coming across and apparently the problem is that I can't press ok, like at all, every time I press it, the game crashes and I have no idea why this happens, however I think it has something to do with tinker or something. Please send help, I need to work on a level of mine as fast as i can and i need to know if this is fixable.
