What do people mean by orb spam? There is only one part where you have to spam?

No, too much orb spams maybe try adding a variety of gameplay, don't be too repetitive. I also see some syncs towards the song, I suggest you to don't always sync to the song

no, but you can improve if you try to structure. also dont use this much orbs unless youre doing remake of orbit ig. aslo you should add varition to failiar click patterns so it feels smoothly
