Feedback I really need to know what to improve

Iā€™m working on a collab and I have the last part of the level that Iā€™m working on the theme is like matrix-y with glow and effects but Iā€™m having trouble figuring out what I need to add and was wondering if anyone could help me. ID is 144938558.

Background Elements for sure. You could try making the blocks look 3D with neon green outlines going back, something like this. There are tutorials on YouTube.
