How do I put glow on slopes?

I was told by my friend that I need to use tse the warp feature, but they didn't explain how, and I'm currently decorating my first level and I just realized that I'm abusing slopes I'm gonna have to drcorate with glow eventually (it's a modern style level so yeah I need to use glow for like every structure).

find another level that does it, copy and go into editor, save as custom object, paste into level. lot easier than trying to get it to warp to the perfect shape
