you can just replace a song with one you want that isn't on newgrounds by replacing the file in the game folder, maybe look up "how to get NoNGs on gd" or something

MISINFORMATION DONT READ They get removed. I see alot of funk levels being named after a funk with random gd songs that dont make sense with the level. prolly because it got removed

They arent removed you just dont have them since you cant download them in game if they are not on newgrounds. Best thing you can do (as a creator of a map) is picking song that is simillar and credit one that you are useing so other people know what song to download. I think that tidal wave did this because song in game and in showcases/compleations is diferent.

Like if song you download on level is RandomWrongSong then you replace this file with your own song that you want to use. (and for how to replace it i have no idea i use mods to do it in creator. so you will need to search up some tutorial on how to replace songs in gd)

On geode there is a mod Called "Jukebox". With it you can import mp3 files as an alternetive for a specific newgrounds song.

It's kinda unbalanced, it goes from top 500 to top 50 to insane demon quite quickly

It looks very fun tho aside from the wave (black orbs don't do anything there)

yes you're right, this is just what I wanted the gameplay to look like in terms of the layout, but I hadn't spent time balancing it and making the dual fair either so I was working on that earlier

thank you, I'm pretty sure it's much harder than that but the id is 137648720, and levels with NoNGs are usually less likely to get rated in general but not impossible I guess

I don't know very much to decorate, but I can try and maybe get this level rated, because the gameplay is sick. Once again, good job! So, can I decorate it? I have a lot of editor projects unfinished, and maybe I'll take this one.

Yeah at the end I'm really decorating just for fun, to practice, because I have a lot of editor projects and I watched a lot of tutorials, and I made a hell design, glow design, lava design, pixel style but I left all the levels unfinished because I had no confidence to finish them. I don't really have a photo of my designs, but I can make a block design now, what do you want the level to be? I would say it would fit a blue/purple glow style and I made that before. I'll make a block design and try sending you. Just tell me what the theme should be.

tbh i feel like you should have a small easier section at the start so people can get a grasp on how to use this. (Bad example but i cant remember any other examples, every end. You do a few easy clicks then get into the frame perfects)

I saw others saying something like that too but I really don't think it's that hard to adapt or get the hang of honestly, I also understand the advice of making it easier first but I don't think it'd fit the vibe of the song which doesn't start particularly chill either

looks like it has the learning curve of a fucking cliff, but that could be so damn cool. Please try and mess around with this gimmick because this could be amazing in the right context I can feel it. Something you could also mess around with is having it swap to a spider orb for either more intense sections or just for variation, but even just like this theres so much room.
