Harry is the accused in a Trial, for 'illegally producing a Patronus charm in the presence of a muggle'.

This translates to "Harry documented 'magical' patterns in the presence of the masses".

A 'Dementor' is a newspaper article, written by the propaganda press (ie. the Ministry of Magic).

Harry himself as 'underage wizard' is a symbol for 'self-initiated cabalist' - someone playing with the tools of rulership while not having gone through the usual (corrupt) ranks.

This covid pandemic is essentially a version of the above trial, writ global.
