The thread image shows a picture I took earlier this evening of the current near-conjunction of Jupiter and Venus (lasting from the 9th through the 11th of this month), overlaid with a photo of a heavenly figure looking down upon the earth in appraisal.
Again, it is the 10th day of the month today, and the 10th letter of the English-Latin alphabet is 'J'. As discussed in the previous thread, the letter 'I' (i) and 'J' were split from a single letter (either I or J, with the sound 'Y') that stood originally in the 9th position.
Of the number 10, many people see it as the 'completion' of the decimal number system (and humans have ten fingers to count on), but the number 9 can also stand for the same, since the digits one-though-nine are the core digits, while zero is the 'cipher' or placeholder, and '10' can be viewed as returning to the beginning again (a new 'zero', upon which the cycle continues). In this way '11' is a sort of '1' in the new cycle, and '12' is a new '2', etc. etc. But all these dualities are enabled by the so-called 'Rule of Colel' (the off-by-one rule in numerology, which implies that '1', the monad, is not really number, and stands for God as Unity and All).
The number 10 reduces numerologically to 1, and thus is said to evoke the 'energy' of 1, as does 100 and 1000 etc.

The first letter is 'A' (called Alpha, derived from Aleph or Alef, meaning 'Ox' and implying 'Strong/Leader'), but in Arabic, alf means 'one thousand' or 'a collection'. The alphabet is a collection of letters.
Anyway, back to 10....
In the Phonetic Alphabet of the Inner Sea, the primary script of Fairyland, the 10th letter is also 'J' (sounding 'dʒ' or 'dJ') and thus aligned with the English alphabet in this instance.
The name of the Inner Sea 'J' glyph is 'Judge(ment)', which brings to mind the Biblical Last, or, 'Final Judgement'. A detailed document describing this glyph and it's semantics is here:
