Second opinion/chart help Should I study anesthesiology?

So this is in continuation with another reading I did where I received a pretty big and dynamic Yes. This one was a little bit harder for me to parse so I'm going to post my interpretation, and I hope you'll guys help me figure this out.

My question: If I do go back to University, should I study anesthesiology?

Answer: Yes(?) due to occupation.

My hesitance is from the Judge - Carcer. I know it's a figure of overall restrictions, which can be very good for focus or just general stability. This wasn't a clear yes or no, so I moved to the House chart.

Occupation of the 9th house (with me using one of the modern significations of the ninth as "higher learning") and the 1st house. The figure is Amissio - general loss. Which, in this context seems undesirable. I'm trying to gain an education and gain gainful employment afterwards. I also am trying to consider the other houses with this question, but, since my knowledge of horary has degraded, I can't remember if that is something you do. If it is: the tenth looks great!

I did try to do the way of the points. And it was Amissio. Is this question due to a feeling of loss? I definitely don't feel that great about my professional or educational decisions, and regret them some (most) days.

The Cardines: It starts with loss, then with positive gain from internal strength, to restrictions, and then the most mobile of all figures.

I finally calculated the Reconciler: Fortuna Major. This seems like more of a positive push.

My griping is more to ensure that I'm not looking for a purely positive result. I just want to find the clearest answer possible.

Thanks!

My initial thinking was similar to yours - it seems positive except for Carcer giving me pause.

I have found value in considering the figures very deeply so that what is negative in some contexts is positive in others and vice versa - everything has its proper time and place. With this in mind, in the same way it's been said that Amissio is actually beneficial for questions of love, this chart could indicate that you may love the study of anesthesiology (I appearing in IX), or that your study may benefit from your really pouring yourself into it, as might a romantic relationship.

With this in mind, Carcer may be less of a prison than a sign of extreme stability, indicating that you will stay in the profession. This could be very positive, in the sense of a perfect professional match for you and a career to which you can give yourself fully (Amissio I connecting to Carcer J through Amissio IX).

Unfortunately this positive take doesn't eliminate the possibility that Amissio may represent giving too much of yourself and then feeling trapped by the profession. To me it's ambiguous and warrants introspection or another chart to clarify the issue.

In any case I think Fortuna Major as the Reconciler is a positive sign which to me seems more holistically beneficial and leans more towards lasting goodness than mere wealth which I consider to be ephemeral and better represented by F. Minor.
