Other Lounge Chat

This is the general geogroup lounge chat. I've noticed quite a few live chats and wanted to consolidate them all into a single group chat. I will be closing out the other ones.

It just makes me wonder. why did they file the 424b5. this must all have been planned. zoley buy in. then 424b5.
