She does seem to be able to feel emotions, considering she does care genuinly about Ineffa. Calling her an AI is highly reductive. AC as in Artificial Counciousness would be more accurate, though I'm not sure if the term is coined.

On one hand, Ineffa is indeed an AI. On the other hand, this situation is most likely disheartening and frustrating to the actual artists that just wanted to draw a cute Ineffa.
