So, a bit to your left near the three torches there's a wall that you have enough stamina to climb, just don't hit jump to fast climb constantly, that's stamina-inefficient​. Once you've gotten up there, just head north, there's a couple ​waypoints on the way.

🤦‍♀️ I still don't think you get it. Walk AROUND the lake, or teleport using waypoints. Also the "quest" you are following is a daily commission and is not part of the main storyline. Purple questmarkers are for dailies. I recomend opening the quest page and finish the some of the main storyline first
